At EACMSI, faculty culture is the essential ingredient in the School’s longevity and growth over time.
It is the glue that allows us to thrive across generations. Faculty culture is the reason behind the warmth folks experience when they walk through our doors and the smiles on faces of all sizes at the end of a long week.
By working together as a community of learners, we – faculty, staff, and administration – grow together towards the shared goal of student success, while reaping many ancillary rewards. Our collaborative grappling, considering, and dialoguing creates trust, a common language, and a deep understanding of one another. We are connected, invested in our craft and in each other.
